Why in the World VOTE for Steve Bullock for Governor when Steve Bullock has protected corruption in Montana as our Attorney General and Steve Bullock protects the University of Montana to violate constitutional rights and allow Law Students, to seemingly violate the law.

Montana Attorney General

I got the strangest letter in the mail today from your prosecution services. Mr. Olson agreed with me that your office has a conflict of interest, and asks me to find an attorney. I think I found you. You were the guy shaking hands with George Corn. You were the guy on the phone threatening my house, and my job a FEMA. You're hired.

You carried out your threat with Angela Wetzsteon's unauthorized student practice.

Your office needs to assign a prosecutor for the crime of prosecuting law without a license.
Or should we tell all of the law students in Missoula that they are wasting their money at law school?

Did you waste you money at law school?

Does covering up felony crimes work for Montana to make it any better than it is?

A crime was committed (Perjury, Fraud, Impersonation, falsification, violation of rights). Isn't the Montana Attorney General supposed to prosecute crimes? Isn't the Attorney General supposed to protect consumers from unauthorized practice?

A call was made by your prosecution offices to the perpetrator to ask what their side of the story is. Nobody did that as I asked a librarian for help with sitting peacefully on public property. Don't we get federal monies in Montana? What are they for, to terrorize people?

You forgot all of the medical marijuana voters hitting the polls--Your governor plans are up in smoke.

PS Let me know how a private attorney will help me as this case has gone through the State Supreme Court, and the 9th circuit. Let me know how a private attorney can prosecute someone in Montana. While you are protecting crime, you ruined the reputation of a law student, and the integrity of your office.

This is why Steve Bullock's desire for Governor will not be fulfilled in 2012. This blog network called Steve Bullock's Kettle Black (and Green) as he investigated Greg Mortenson from Bozeman MT as Bullock's own fraud is ten times the fraud of CAI's mismanagement under Mortenson.

As Democrats, and Steve Bullock in Montana take the hatchet to the Citizen Initiatives they do so to their own political peril. The Republicans are also not so aware of the power of the medical marijuana voting block in Montana and in the USA. Here is a snippet of Mitt Romney telling a patient that he does not support medical marijuana. Ron Paul just might win that floor fight in Tampa at the GOP convention.

As a Nader operative in 2004 and issuing press releases with the campaign in 2004 to get medical marijuana passed in the State of Montana, the Democrats and Steve Bullock currently running for Governor have been left on the dock and the election boat has sailed.

To criminalize marijuana after the people have accepted it as a medical savior for several painful conditions is political suicide. The Nader campaign calls for the decriminalization of marijuana, the legalization of industrial hemp, and an end to the war on drugs.

Medical marijuana: The criminal prosecution of patients for medical marijuana must end immediately, and marijuana must be treated as a medicine for the seriously ill.

The current cruel, unjust policy perpetuated and enforced by the Bush Administration prevents Americans who suffer from debilitating illnesses from experiencing the relief of medicinal cannabis.

While substantial scientific and anecdotal evidence exists to validate marijuana’s usefulness in treating disease, a deluge of rhetoric from Washington claims that marijuana has no medicinal value.

The Controlled Substances Act of 1970 defines marijuana as a Schedule One narcotic, making it very difficult for American researchers to perform rigorous double-blind scientific studies on marijuana. Even without these difficulties, research has shown marijuana to be a safe and effective medicine for controlling nausea associated with cancer therapy, reducing the eye pressure for patients with glaucoma, and reducing muscle spasms caused by multiple sclerosis, para- and quadriplegia.

Internationally, scientists are undertaking massive studies to determine the healing powers of cannabis. In August 2003 the esteemed British medical journal The Lancet reported that the world’s largest study into the medical effects of cannabis have confirmed that the drug can reduce pain and improve the lives of people with multiple sclerosis. The three-year study was the first proper clinical appraisal of whether cannabis-derived drugs can help treat MS.

Harvard medical doctor Lester Grinspoon has said he would have loved to do a similar study, but has been held back by the law. On his website, www.rxmarijuana.com, and in his book The Forbidden Medicine, Grinspoon documents how marijuana relieves the pain of people enduring more than 110 different medical conditions like AIDS, Crohn’s Disease, glaucoma, cancer, and many more. Marijuana helps increase appetite, reduce blood pressure and intraocular pressure.

Whenever given the chance, the American public has voted to allow seriously ill people to relieve their pain with marijuana. Despite well-funded opposition from the federal government, citizens in nine states have cast ballots to legalize the use of medicinal marijuana. No state has ever rejected such a voter initiative.

Medical marijuana community health centers have opened up in the states, like California, only to be aggressively attacked and closed by federal law enforcement agents.

Physicians must have the right to prescribe this drug to their patients without the fear of the federal government revoking their licenses, and doctor-patient privacy must be protected. The Drug Enforcement Administration should not be practicing medicine.

Industrial hemp: The Nader campaign supports industrial hemp as a renewable resource with many important fuel, fiber, food, paper, energy and other uses. Industrial hemp is a commercial crop grown for its seed and fiber and the products made from them such as oil, seed cake, and hurds (stalk cores).

Industrial hemp is one of the longest and strongest fibers in the plant kingdom, and it has had thousands of uses over the centuries. In need of alternative crops and aware of the growing market for industrial hemp—particularly for bio-composite products such as automobile parts, farmers in the United States are forced to watch from the sidelines while Canadian, French and Chinese farmers grow the crop and American manufacturers import it from them. Federal legislators, meanwhile, continue to ignore the issue of removing it from the DEA list. It is time to allow hemp agriculture, production and manufacturing in the United States.

Clemency for Non-Violent Drug Offenders: In 2004, Ralph Nader wrote President Bush urging that he grant clemency to 30,000 non-violent drug offenders. Nader’s letter highlighted the three decade long failed, and unjust, drug war. His call for clemency highlighted a similar request made by 400 clergy members to President Bill Clinton in 2000.!—end summary—>

Nader’s letter recalled President Bush’s substance abuse problems and noted that if he had been incarcerated for cocaine use he "probably would not have gone on to have the career you have had.”

The letter also highlighted the rapid expansion of the prison system in the United States which now houses more than 2.1 million people – one-quarter of the world’s prison population. Clemency for non-violent drug offenders would save more than $1 billion annually.

"It is urgent that the U.S. reverse the incarceration binge. The U.S.Department of Justice estimates that if incarceration rates remain unchanged an estimated 1 of every 20 Americans and greater than 1 in 4 African Americans can be expected to serve time in prison during their lifetime,” said Nader. "It is time to make the failed war on drugs a central issue in the American political dialogue.

For too long we have let this injustice continue to grow unhindered. Taking action on clemency at the federal level will set an example for the states and begin the process of reversing this failed policy.”

In Nov. of 2008 a man was removed from the staff of Beaverton Grace Bible Church (BGBC). Since that time, Pastor Charles O’Neal and the Beaverton Grace Bible Church have been the targets of a three and a half year campaign of defamation by a group of former church members and attenders who are close personal friends of the former staff member.

The church elders and the pastor did little to defend themselves over these three and a half years, believing that the individuals would tire of the effort and eventually cease the defamation. However, that did not prove to be successful. In fact it was counter-productive. The defamation campaign escalated recently when one of the former congregants established a blog on the internet with the intent of reaching a broader audience.

This divisive group has used review websites, blogs, the police, the Department of Human Services, and now the local media in their three and a half year campaign to destroy Pastor O’Neal and Beaverton Grace Bible Church with false accusations that range from ridiculous to criminal.

The facts will show that this is not a free speech case. As the campaign of defamation has escalated the postings on the internet have falsely accused Pastor O’Neal of being a “wolf,” a “liar,” a” narcissist” "

"Don't Let Oregon Courts Silence the Press

Salem-News.com goes to court for reporting a story about an elderly woman's fight to regain finances taken by her son.

(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) - An Oregon mother who allegedly lost more than a million dollars in property and assets to her son in California, says it's hard for a lone elderly woman to find justice in Oregon's legal system.

Now Salem-News.com is being called to task for publishing the story. The venue is the Clackamas County Courthouse and we will be there at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning.

Since the story was first published, Leroy Newton, who is in the investment industry in California, the only son of Erna Boldt in Sandy, Oregon, has been trying to make us purge the story, his story, with the help of a Portland attorney named 'Brooks F. Cooper'.

We are protected by the first U.S. Constitution amendment.

We believe that this legal threat is a frivolousa attempt to silence the free press for carrying a story that is embarrassing, for an individual sliding through legal loopholes with the help of a seasoned attorney. If the woman's allegations are true, then the legal system is failing to protect one of our most vulnerable citizens, and little else.

It seems preposterous that an individual could seize the assets in question from his elderly mother, and suspect that it would not draw media attention.

We find it equally puzzling that Leroy Newton and his lawyer decided to threaten and sue the media into silence without considering that this clear violation of our Civil Rights would likely become the grounds for a strong counter suit.

The article and video report on Erna Boldt in question are fairly presented and only portray the story according to Ms. Boldt and a wealth of accumulated documents. (see: Elderly Oregon Woman In Financial Ruins; via America's Worst Son? - Bonnie King Salem-News.com)

It will be interesting to see how this censorship attempt of Salem-News.com will really go. This is an important time for all in media, because a court interpretation of the 'truth' obtained through a court order that itself is in question, should never be allowed to silence us, particularly when the information is fully attributed to a named source.

One thing I am wondering about is whether attorney Cooper expected this case to end up in front of a jury, which it probably will. I suspect not, and that Mr. Cooper really should be more selective of his clients.

Interestingly, jurors aren't part of the 'system', and not exactly who a ruthless litigator can typically count on. In other words, the truth can win the day with the public and there is little these two men can do about it, and I really am excited about the prospect of being able to defend Ms. Boldt and our American Civil Right to free speech. That is what Mr. Cooper is trying to place his foot on top of, and I can only assume he has no idea what he is dealing with.

So far, Salem-News.com has had contact with two advocacy groups that we have dealt with for years; the Committee to Protect Journalists and Reporters sans frontières (Reporters Without Borders) about this. The woman, Erna Boldt, is also being sued by her son for $55,000 more dollars to compensate him for what he's gone through.

Here's the story in a nutshell: Erna Boldt was born before the second world war, one more human being in a bad place, and her original home is Germany.

"Mom and Dad were bombed out in Hamburg," Erna said. "They fled to East Prussia where my Grandma and some aunts lived, they fled from there by foot, when the Russians advanced. Grandma and my aunts remained and were tyranized by the Russians."

By the very end of the war, when Erna was just 17-years of age, she found one alternative, and that was to follow her best friend's lead and join the German military. She enlisted in the Navy and served about three weeks, which was about enough time to have her photo taken and watch her fleet surrender to the allies.

British soldiers allowed Erna to move on with her life, and within a couple of years she met one of the many American soldiers sent to occupy the newly divided Germany. "My son was born in Germany, before I came to the States. He was 3 years old, when we landed in New York in 1952," Erna said.

It couldn't have been easy.

Today Erna still has her German accent and she is just as quick and funny and smart as any day of her life, but that didn't keep her son from convincing Oregon courts that she was incapable of looking after her own affairs. Court directives were not followed, and Erna lost everything.

"If only I had known!" Erna recalls with regret.

She didn't know of course, because Erna is not mentally diminished at all, as one can gather from watching the video below. Some of the supposed court orders against Erna have been carried out under shady circumstances and we have people looking into several parts of this which will be covered in future reports.

Erna's son is the character in this story who went to a lot of effort to take control of his mother's assets (before she died) that total over a million dollars.

Leroy Newton is the man Brooks F. Cooper chooses to represent the interests of. Erna worked hard and sent her son to Linfield College in Oregon, which is a private school. There he learned how to work with money, and apparently much more.

Erna explains that Leroy came to visit a few years ago from California, and when he did, he brought a friend. Erna didn't suspect anything, even when Leroy suggested he and Erna go to lunch because his "friend was tired and wanted to lay down". He and Erna went for lunch, while his 'friend', Erna says she later discovered, promptly began going through her personal files to find the information they would use in court to deem her incompetent.

Erna believes she earned the disdain of the Clackamas County court officials because, quite frankly, she can be pretty feisty, and who would not be?

There are no terrible stories of Leroy's childhood according to any of the parties we have contacted, or received contact from, and he had not been estranged from Erna until he took court actions against her.

Court documents show that Erna has seen a failure in cooperation from the Clackamas County court. Erna can produce documents demonstrating that they lost papers, failed to fulfill promises, and apparently just failed to fulfill their obligations to her as public tax paid servants.

I call foul on the whole thing, including these very questionable judge's decisions that allowed Leroy to clean up and Erna to lose in one of the most unforgivable ways ever imagined. Just because something can be done legally does not mean that it should be done.

Wrong is still wrong.

In the past, due to Cooper's legal wrangling, we had pulled the video, and we had actually done other things to try to comply with their wishes and demands, like remove the picture of him in a red Ferrari taken shortly after he got his mother's money. (We're assured by his daughter it was a rental car!) The final request was for Salem-News.com to pull the story from Google, which we are not capable of.

Now Erna is meeting Cooper in court again, a continuance of this seemingly endless and sad story. Our position is to get this chronicle of elder financial abuse out like never before. We do not want this type of thing to ever happen to our precious elder citizens.

With time, courts will be held at a higher standard and will be expected to take special care of the rights of the elderly. As it is, the judicial system claims that there are not enough attorneys or time to respond to every single claim. They have to take on the cases that they believe they can win. How pitiful that more "family" take advantage of their elders than any other group, those that are trusted the most, and without any consequences whatsoever. This must end.

Erna is impossible to dislike, unless you are working for a court that is playing games with attorneys, then apparently she can be much more difficult to work with. Why should she react any differently than any us would under the same circumstances?

Here's the story in a nutshell: Erna Boldt was born before the second world war, one more human being in a bad place, and her original home is Germany.

It couldn't have been easy.

The Father, in this case, was ordered to shut it down under threat of incarceration and/or risk losing custody of his children.

"A Knoxville Criminal Court judge was so addicted to pain drugs during his last several years serving on the bench that he was having sex and buying prescription drugs on the street during courtroom breaks.

As we discussed herepreviously, Criminal Court Judge Richard Baumgartner unbelievably occasionally purchased the drugs from people he had sentenced to prison.

Despite the nature of his acts while in office, most people around him did not know that Judge Baumgartner had a problem until months after he stepped down from the bench in March 2011 for a single count of official misconduct. As new allegations continue to surface about his behavior, others question whether he was sober enough to have effectively performed his job.

The high profile Christian/Newsom case was thrown out by a special judge who ordered new trials after revelations of Baumgartner’s illegal acts while on the bench. Many other defendants are lining up for a similar attempt to get their convictions overturned.

The requests for new trials could overwhelm the Knox County justice system, as Baumgartner had a prolific caseload, being one of three judges in the county who heard felony criminal cases.

“We’re getting pleadings almost daily now from people in the penitentiary filing habeas corpus saying, ‘Let me out too.’ It’s raining over here,” said Knox County District Attorney General Randy Nichols."

Apparently the folks at Obsidian and Tonkon Torp do not fully understand my position. You may have to explain it to them once again.

I will not deal directly with either of them on any of the property issues due to their use of documented untruths in executing what Obsidian and Tonkon Torp are supposed to be doing in the Summit case. I will not aid and abet them in efforts to hurt innocent people that have been sucked into the Summit bankruptcy. I also will not deal directly with them because they have shown that they will twist anything the principals say to trump up the Summit situation in an effort to bolster the profits of their own company/firm.

I don’t believe it is in the best interests of myself and neither is it in the best interests of the creditors to continue do this as Obsidian and Tonkon Torp rape the bankruptcy estate of the creditors’ cash with little gain as they torture innocent parties.

I think I’ve made this very clear, yet (as you can see below) Tonkon Torp keeps attempting to deal with me directly on such property matters. Tonkon does this despite the fact that Mr. Padrick said he would not have any further communications with me “under any circumstances”.

An additional little tidbit, if I remember correctly, Mr. Vanden Bos told me that was Leon Simson’s position as well. I will have to check with Mr. Vanden Bos for verification on that. I know your advice was “We still believe that it is still best to communicate directly with either someone at Tonkon or at Obsidian.” Unfortunately, you are not my advisor or legal counsel.

As per my previous two emails, I suggested that all communications from me in regard to Obsidian’s work would need to go through you so that the creditors were fully aware of the truth regarding my communications or actions with Obsidian or Tonkon Torp.

Since you will no longer be involved in the bankruptcy, it will now need to be some other party that is completely neutral. As soon as we can agree on a neutral party that will be acceptable to both sides, I will be happy to help with what is needed. Until then, please tell Mr. Simson not to contact me in regard to this issue again.

I also find it interesting that you didn’t deny that there was any deceit or harm, you just said that you believe that “no deceit or harm was intended”. Is that how you always explain it when you stumble over your own deceit and harm in the lawyer business? Just curious.

PS- It’s fascinating that you are now laying blame on the principals’ individual bankruptcy attorneys as the reason for the delay in the case. You state “Although we circulated documents for review, we did not receive timely responses or comments”. I can’t blame you for doing everything to deflect blame from Perkins Coie and the other attorneys that were involved in this. However, let me help jog your memory Jeanette.

1) The principals’ bankruptcy attorneys waited for weeks for the debtor (Summit) or the creditors committee to provide a proposed structure. During that period the principals were looking for ways to get the property transferred. There is overwhelming evidence of this. But we were told that no transfer could occur until the “structure” was worked out.

2) On the afternoon of February 19th, we finally received the “structure” documents. There was a hearing on the morning of the 20th and we were told that Mr. Padrick demanded the documents be signed before the hearing. This was the demand, even knowing full well that my individual bankruptcy attorney was gone on vacation. No, they weren’t signed on the 20th because no attorneys had the proper amount of time to review the documents. Tell me Jeanette, would you allow your client to sign something of that magnitude with less than 24 hours to review it? You know the answer!

3) A new hearing was scheduled for a week later and to give time for all four attorneys to review. Again, they had much less time to review than the weeks on end Perkins Coie took to come up with a “structure”. The “structure” did not address any of the LLC issues, due on sale clause issues, loan default issues and innocent party issues that Mr. Padrick said he would be addressing in a meeting held February 12th with the principals.

4) There was not enough time to get agreement by the new hearing date of February 26th, so Judge Dunn rescheduled the hearing for March 5th and on and on.

I remember getting documents from you with:

1) all or almost all of the suggested changes deleted

2) new language that was very detrimental to the innocent parties

3) documents with no redlines making it near impossible to figure out what changes had been made

4) a demand for signatures for a scheduled hearing the following day.

You think Perkins Coie was doing its part to get things settled timely in the best interest for the creditors (before legal fees got out of hand)? You answer.

Attached is an email I sent to Kevin Padrick on February 22nd after review of the documents. Since the documents weren’t addressing many issues that were critical to retaining value for the creditors, I made suggestions that I though would be helpful. In a telephone conversation with Kevin Padrick a week later, he stated that the suggestions were wonderful (especially the three tranches of assets idea).

But he claimed he had just received the email and it was just too late to do anything with those ideas. Another untruth. Of course the email record shows exactly when it was sent and it was obviously not too late.

Isn’t it a wonder that it is almost impossible for anyone to recognize any cooperation whatsoever from Perkins Coie, Kevin Padrick/Obsidian or Tonkon Torp? Why would they have no interest in working through cooperative efforts for the benefit of the creditors? I suggest that the outrageous fee applications to the bankruptcy court might explain all that. The lack of cooperation continues as Obsidian and Tonkon Torp try to hammer innocent parties into the ground. It certainly isn’t very productive as the values of real estate, especially in Bend, continue the downward spiral. All the delay continues the injury to the creditors. Your firm is supposed to fight for the creditors’ best interests. Don’t you think that you have some culpability in the shrinkage of the bankruptcy estate assets? I’ll leave that for you to ponder.

Please feel free to confirm this fact with one of the attorneys for the other shareholders. It is contained in Section 13.11 of the Plan. We suggest that you direct your communications directly to Leon Simson. He has been copied on this email and his email address is leon.simson@tonkon.com

With regards to the comments on the turnover of assets, as the lawyers who were involved well know, we were unable to reach agreement on the terms of the documents and the scope of the transfer. We were not involved in the case until January 9th, so we don’t know the reason for the initial delay. After the committee was formed and we became involved the delay in part was caused by the schedules of your and the other shareholders’ attorneys.

Although we circulated documents for review, we did not receive timely responses or comments. Ultimately we understood that your lawyer and the other shareholders’ attorneys refused to advise any of you to turn over the assets because of the threat of legal action that had been made against you and them. As a result, it was necessary for the estate to bring legal action against you and the other shareholders.

All of that is now water under the bridge. The transfer has occurred and Obsidian and Kevin Padrick are currently in the process of liquidating these properties for the benefit of the estate and the exchange creditors. We would hope that you will provide the necessary assistance to maximize the value to the creditors.

It apparently is easier to use deceit to get business done, under cover of bankruptcy law, instead of having an ethical approach to doing bankruptcy work. I hope your firm does not engage in such tactics.

Mr. Rose suggests, as you do, that I work directly with him. The suggestion only comes when Obsidian needs something from me. When anyone needs something from Mr. Rose, the principals or any of the 106 other innocent parties, Mr. Rose and the other folks at Obsidian either don’t respond or use deceit, threats,intimidation or just plain ignore the requests in order to make these people go away.

I have had no contact with Obsidian since Mr. Padrick proclaimed that he would not be communicating with me “under any circumstances” with the exception of letting Mr. Rose know that the Macalpine house had been vacated, cleaned and ready for Obsidian. Do you think it was in the best interests of creditors for Mr. Padrick to decide that he would not be communicating with me “under any circumstances”? I’ll let you and the creditors answer that. I doubt it is a position he should have taken as trustee.

So we have a problem. There is no working relationship because of the disrespect and the continuous flow of untruths coming from Obsidian and its counsel. I am fully willing to cooperate, but you will need to be the person that I cooperate with or you’ll simply have to find someone else that is acceptable to me. There is no value to Obsidian/Tonkon Torp working with me or me working with Obsidian/Tonkon Torp at this point in regard to any of the property. They simply misrepresent the truth on any of my actions and I personally cannot afford that.

As a sidebar, please note that the principals wanted to hand over all of this real estate since December. I told Susan Ford at Sussman Shank that I personally wanted to start transferring some property in January. She said that wasn’t possible at that time. Really? So as Sussman, Obsidian and your firm racked up the legal fees, it took months to get the property transferred. That all meant a delay in getting the properties listed and sold for the benefit of the creditors.

Even more salt in the wound for the creditors and the principals, the real estate market continued the downward spiral during this wasted time. Now Obsidian is working hard to try to save these properties from foreclosure. Don’t you think it would’ve been in the creditors’ best interest to have put your efforts into getting the property transferred and listed quickly instead of using your legal expertise to do everything to delay the transfer? Just a sidebar for you to consider.

Since you are the counsel for the creditors, I know that you’ll find a way to resolve this since it is in their best interest to have a party that knows how to be eithical and can work with mutual trust for the benefit of the creditors. I will wait for your further input.

I Believe that Marc Randazza got the call, as he told me from top people in the Porn Industry, and they said "what are you going to do about it" as Marc Randazza told me. And this call was not about what are you going to do to help this woman, this case so that it does not affect the Free Speech, and First Amendment Rights of the porn industry.

This call was to get Marc Randazza to represent me, in my appeal, so that Marc Randazza could negotiate a deal with Obsidian Finance Group and their Attorney and then with me Crystal Cox, Investigative Blogger. A deal that would look good for us all and therefore STOP me from going to Appeal.

See, what if I win the appeal and get the label as "Credible" instead of "Bat Shit Crazy". See then the real issue comes up, see then I would look Credible in my 3 years of promoting Eliot Bernstein and the iViewit Technologies story. And this is the "Real Agenda" this is a 13 Trillion Dollar Video Technology that the Porn Industry has been using for over a decade. In the Video Below when I talk about First Amendment Bar experts recommending that I do not file appeal for possible lobbying efforts, it was Marc Randazza I was talking about. At this time I had spoke with Marc Randazza and was waiting for him to get back to me. See, after my 2.5 Million Dollar Set Up to “Attempt” to Hide the Secrets of Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp and other Big Oregon Law Firms and Corporations, well, one of my Bloggers contacted Marc Randazza and I agreed to a 3 way conversation to interview Marc Randazza, and he had agreed with my Blogger to talk with me in the possibility of taking my case.

During this call Marc Randazza said that if he took the case he would need money for a certain amount of costs and that it would be an expensive case to file appeal. He said, in a case like this he would normally charge at least $75,000. However, he was considering Pro Bono due to the Media attention I was getting, but even in that would need cost for copies and to be in a hotel in California for the appeal, if he or someone he recommended were to take the case.

Marc Randazza gave many signs during this call that Marc Randazza would most likely not represent me.

During this call Marc Randazza said he was concerned of the “record” and had to take a look at it before deciding. I said that was a responsible thing to do, he said he would look at my documents and get back to me, he did not get back to me, yet told others he represented me, more on that in a bit.

Marc Randazza told me on this call that I had “made a mess,” which I found very slamming as what I do is for the Greater Good and what I was exposing was and is on the right side of the law and certainly on the right side of the Moral Compass.

Marc Randazza saying this, let me know that he had no idea that what I did was a ‘calling,’ it was for massive change and a good thing to bring attention to this issue. Marc Randazza treated me as if I had made a “mess” and with complete disrespect. When in fact, I am creating “Media” and “Legal” attention to something that is VERY important for the Greater Good of ALL.

Marc Randazza said that he was concerned with my “Journalistic Standards”, SHOCKING isn't it, a Porn King Attorney representing folks that "Society" judges and Marc Randazza is judging and slamming my “Journalistic Standards”? Anyway this disrespectful comment led me to believe that Marc Randazza seemed to have been eating up the bad information about me, this was another sign to me that Marc Randazza was not going to represent me.

I am an Investigative Blogger. And a Very Good ONE. For Over 3 years, I have read contracts, insider emails, legal briefs, documents, LLC Agreements, Legal Filings and I listened to Audio’s of Court Sessions, watched videos of depositions and insider meetings and I interviewed, and yes took notes from the side of the Debtors, Investors, Creditors and more in the Summit Bankruptcy, deeper than any other news outlet. Marc Randazza told me that he used to work for Big Media but now he works for bloggers and porn stars, because Marc Randazza claimed that Big Media had the agenda of creating a Monopoly so they make more money. Yet NOW Marc Randazza is working with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox.

Marc Randazza told me that he would have to talk to his existing clients, such as The Media Association of Bloggers, to see if there was a conflict before deciding to represent me or not. Marc Randazza claimed he would get back to me on this. Instead, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff’s side and tried to cut a deal WITHOUT my Consent, without “getting back to me” and without discussing if he represented me, wanted to represent me or if there was a Conflict.

Meanwhile Marc Randazza, of The Media Bloggers Association (MBA) , told lots of people in the “business” that he represented Blogger Crystal Cox, yet that was NOT True. I had agreed to work with another Lawyer and this created a situation that caused me stress, and almost lost me the Lawyer I really wanted.

Did Marc Randazza have to “discuss” a conflict with the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) in any way BEFORE Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff’s side and tried to work out a deal, as if he represented me? I was told at that time by other members of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was talking with the Plaintiff’s side and trying to work out some arrangement regarding money, or a change to case law. I was Pro Se for a year and I wrote over 50 Court Filed Documents myself. I was and AM in the KNOW on my Case and Marc Randazza simply left me out, as if I had no brain, no rights and with total disrespect for me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza simply and certainly unethically took it upon himself to contact the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian V. Cox, without my knowledge and without getting back to me on if he wanted to work with me or not, Marc Randazza simply left me hanging with time running out and was working behind my back on a deal. Is this Legal? Well it is certainly NOT Ethical and certainly shows no respect for bloggers nor the First Amendment Rights that Marc Randazza, Allegedly wants to protect.

Also on that first phone call Marc Randazza said he thought it was funny that the Plaintiff thinks they can get $2.5 Million out of me, and now Marc Randazza has offered himself up to help them get any assets they think I have and ESPECIALLY that $10 Domain Name, Marc Randazza .com, that dumb shit Marc Randazza NEVER Registered for himself. Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to take Domain Names, which is my only way to make a living, and all in the name of “Constitutional Rights” What? This makes no sense and is NOT True.

Marc Randazza is Vindictive, plain and simply. He was not chosen in the BIGGEST case that the blogsphere has EVER seen regarding one blogger, and a case that will change laws and is already a world wide phenomena and that blogger, me, had the nerve to buy Marc Randazza .com and to even suggest that Marc Randazza hire her to do PR for him. Marc Randazza is so mad that Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage of Marc Randazza’s EGO.

In one of Marc Randazza’s last communications to me he said “do you really want to make an enemy of me?” Marc Randazza thinks that a blogger, a woman being smarter than him is making him an enemy.

So Marc Randazza is on a mission to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a lesson and be “Deposed” to rant about me to the Plaintiff to attempt to further quash my “Free Speech” and First Amendment Rights, and thereby affecting all BLOGGERS and Alternative Media Worldwide.

Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All. Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more.

Marc Randazza said, if I take your case then my Ethical Duty is to you, yet Marc Randazza acted as if he had taken my case, without talking to me about it, and was already negotiating with the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian Finance Group Vs. Blogger Crystal Cox.

To me, Crystal Cox, this says that Marc Randazza was already acting as my attorney, and did have an Ethical Duty to me to not disclose my stance, emails, or private conversations with him. Yet Marc Randazza contacted the “Other” side to Negotiate, and that was in December. Now Marc Randazza is using information I gave him in a Deposition that Marc Randazza is giving the "Plaintiff" to attempt to put me in my place and to take a $10 Domain Name that Marc Randazza was not smart enough to buy, and this, in my opinion, is an Ethical Breach, if not Plain Ol’ Illegal.

Last December I found out that Marc Randazza was Negotiating with the Plaintiff’s Side OF MY LEGAL CASE without my PERMISSION. I was told this by other members of the First Amendment Bar that wanted to represent me. They had heard that Marc Randazza represented me and even spoke with Marc Randazza, and he had flat out claimed to be representing me, yet Marc Randazza had not told me he was even still considering representing me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Crystal Cox was told by other Attorneys that I needed to let Marc Randazza know that he did not represent me, because Marc Randazza was telling everybody that he did represent Blogger Crystal Cox on Appeal of Obsidian V. Cox (I have Emails and more to Prove this).

Can I Sue Marc Randazza for trying to make a deal, acting as if he was my attorney without my consent? I certainly can file Bar Complaints in NV, CA, MA, FL, and AZ to Start.

Marc Randazza, almost lost me the Attorney I wanted, because Marc Randazza told the Attorney that he represented me. This was after my Attorney had heard through others of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was representing me.

Those believing I begged him to be my Attorney are Flat Wrong, think about it, why would I do that when I already had what I deem to be the most respected First Amendment Expert. A Legal Scholar who treated me with respect and focused on the Merits of the Case and nothing petty what so ever. I chose a man who is Respectful of my Rights and Talks kind to me, treats me with dignity even if he disagrees he is respectful about it and presents a very Intelligent, Sensible reason why he may disagree.

And yes I took a call to see what Marc Randazza Had to say, to offer, and out of respect for my Investigative Blogger whom contacted him. And I took the call to explore my options, thing is we did not speak again and next thing I knew, he was telling others he represented me and I had already agreed to work with the Attorney I chose. I had to contact Marc Randazza to tell him he did not represent me and why, I will be posting that email in Full coming soon. No one sentence pulled out as Kash-Shmear Hill likes to do, instead of investigate the entire TRUTH and Real FACTS.

Keep in mind this Plaintiff that Marc Randazza decided to align with was the same Plaintiff he was negotiating with in December of 2011, on my behalf and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Conflicts of Interest, Talking Behind the Potential Clients Back, Giving Away my Strategy, and completely disrespecting me and violating my right.

So Marc Randazza offered to buy the Domain Name, then Marc Randazza emailed and said you made your point what do you want and now he is Roaring that I extorted HIM, that is simply not true and is a Smoke Screen to cover up what he actually did to me.

Now Cut to David Aman, the Original Accuser of Extortion, and the One whom gave Forbes the infamous, false light defamatory email AFTER he had already won his case against me. See the Media Frenzy saying I am Guilty Until Never Given the Chance to be Proven Innocent, well they all got their Story from David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for the Plaintiff. Yesterday, April 2nd 2012 David Aman, made and Offer to My Attorney to Settle. Why do this ? See David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney really wants to set me up for Extortion, he recently Deposed me and it was all about setting me up and previous income instead a real asset probe which would be about future income.

Marc Randazza spoke with me an Anti-Corruption Blogger who blogs on my blogs. This was on December 10th, 2011. Keep in mind time was critical at this point in getting a notice of appeal in or a Motion for a New Trial.

After the Phone Call I sent Marc Randazza lot's of documents, and last I heard he would read them to see if my argument was preserved enough to want to represent me and to see if he had a conflict of interest with the Media Bloggers Association.

Meanwhile, with Time Running out, I was weighing out all options. Another Attorney had contacted me on Dec. 6th, 2011 and said he wanted to represent me, but was waiting for clearance from his firm as this was completely Pro Bono and there was a process to go through. So I was not sure if he would represent me for sure or not. So I was still looking at other Attorney Options, and trying to see if it was even best to appeal, for I was going to do it Pro Se if no Attorney was on board. And wanted as many Expert as Opinions as I could, for this case matter to so many Whistle Blowers, Anti-Corruption Bloggers and Citizen Journalists.

So after the December 10th, 2011 Phone Call and Tons of Documents send, there was not another word from or regarding Marc Randazza until the 14th of December at exactly 5:06 PM when Marc Randazza Emailed me this, "

How Ironic was that, as the Other Attorney had Emailed me at Exactly 5:00 PM regarding, hearing that Marc Randazza represented me, and wanted to know if he should call off the Pro Bono Process.

It seems that he had been told by others in the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza represented me, and so he called Marc Randazza up and flat out asked him. And it seems that Marc Randazza indeed claimed to be representing me, and even seemed to have spoke of a negotiation he was under way with as my "Attorney".

So of course acting as my Attorney he would violate my rights and negotiate without talking to me right? So just what was the terms of this negotiation on my alleged, behalf ? And if he did represent me in his own mind then how is it ethical to go to the other side with my strategy at that time. And how is it ethical to later, in a revenge over a domain name I refused to turn over to his demands, he went to the Plaintiff in this amazingly important First Amendment Case, and Side with them to Set me up for Extortion ? Did this secret negotiation giving away inside information and strategy acting as my attorney have anything to do with the Motion for a New Trial Process? What did Marc Randazza discuss with the Plaintiff's Camp? Is all this Legal? If so it is Certainly NOT ETHICAL.

Obviously the Reviewing and Pondering was well past, and Marc Randazza was acting as my Attorney. He emailed me he would take the case and told another Attorney he represented me, or so it would seem. Even though he made it clear to the other attorney that he had already been spending time and effort on this case.

So another words, Marc Randazza was acting as my attorney well before the 5:06 Email of Dec. 14th 2011, in which Marc Randazza finally let me, the client, know that he would take my case, though he had already told many he represented me, and had been already negotiating as my attorney.

It was recommended that I contact Marc Randazza and Let Marc Randazza know that he does not represent me. So My Response to Marc Randazza in the Above Email was The Following, and it was sent to Both Attorneys

You, Marc do not seem to respect me, or treat me as if I am worthy, equal to you, and it feels like you want your client, or possibly women in general to take a back seat to you and that's not me. And to confirm all this for me as I prayed for a sign, I heard thru several channels that you were saying you represented me, but did not give me the decency or respect to tell me or even keep me in the loop.

To not even email me back that you read any of the documents, to not contact me and then I hear your representing me. You said you may have a conflict and would let me know, you did not let me know and then seemed to tell others your were representing me, and you wanted money I don't have.

To me, after working 7 years at this, facing judges set me up, cops set me up, attorneys screw me over, death threats, being drugged, and extreme duress and persecution over all this for so long, well, you telling others you represent me BEFORE telling me, well that is on the wrong side of the moral and ethical compass to me. And is opposite of the equal rights, women's rights, lesbian rights, bloggers rights, citizen journalists rights, victims rights that I fight for.

Marc I got your forward last night, thing is I know the exact dollar amount of the transcripts, have known for over a week, and i know the court clerk email, been in this a year now. So that proves again you think me clueless, i have no money to get the transcripts at this time.

Eug ene spoke highly of you and even recommended you, thing is I will not speak with anyone on this from the law aspect expect Eu gene, if he can't represent me, I will not appeal.

As Eug ene represents what I fight for, and no disrespect marc just a tip for your future, Eug ene emailed me here and there and let me know what was going on, he listened to me, respected me and never once told me I messed up or EVER assumed anything about me. Nor did he speak of my journalistic standards as an issue, as you did. He never hesitated in wanted to represent me, it was simply a matter of if he could. Thank You Marc I appreciate it, thing is again talking to the Devil to cut a deal without my permission is again disrespective. I consciously, intelligently chose not to deal, they sent a, what they call settlement communication a couple weeks before the trial, asking me to blame somebody they dont like, wanting 20 of my sites, and wanted me to pay 5000 for ever time i discuss them, even after i was granted a summary judgment to talk about them, and this is apparently not extortion... so i chose no deal... they did not prove that post not true, they tricked me, they lied, and i will not deal with them unless its a very good deal, they have put me through hell and now are persecuting me and setting me up for a crime..

one of my clients called this morning and said they got a call with somebody asking, so this means they have my bank account and are investigating me, yet for some reason not investigating the criminals.. so a deal would have to be very good.. and I would want in on it..

Fast Forward to Monday January 16th, 2012, 2:30 PM. I thought I had left things on decent terms. A month had passed and having been evicted and a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgment, I was looking for work, so I email this to Marc Randazza.

"Hi Marc, hope this email finds you doing well. When I thought we may work together

if you represented me.. I manage it now, as ownership is well.. a different story now
due to my current judgement..

I am confident with the case, and leaving it to the highest and best good..

I do however need to make money, so I am asking you if you or anyone you know could
use a very good search engine reputation manager. Not sure if you ever researched that
for your online presence.. not sure of what you think of David Aman excusing me of extortion,
thing is search management is something tons of people due and for thousands a month per search term..

and so when he sent a cease and desist and filed a lawsuit, i offered it as a way to settle and not
spend a year fighting, he turned it down, then a year later accused me of a crime.. its simply not
how it happened..

That is the email that he claims I extorted him. A domain name I bought Dec. 6th 2011, that I had every legal right to own. A legitimate service that thousands offer. And I had not written about Marc Randazza in any way what so ever at that time.

And though many love to speculate, what I meant by ownership is a different story, is that the Plaintiff was in the process of paperwork to take Domain Names that I owned or had owned, and that was one of them, so ya ownership is a different story as I thought the Plaintiff would take the Domain Name, and they still seem to be in the process of trying to do so. As they Deem the Domain Names and Asset, though at this point in time they certainly seem to be a Liability to an owner.

I never extorted anyone nor was there a Criminal Complaint Filed regarding extortion. What Follows is Extortion and threats from Marc Randazza if I don't turn over the name, and well he followed through with his threat, and now has other Lawyers, Bloggers, the New York Times, Forbes and more posting information that deliberately puts me in False Light and flat out lies. Marc Randazza is flat out lying about me and committing a Hate Crime in inciting a riot against me based on fraudulent information and Flat Out Lies.

I turn up amazing discovering, and find out who is connected from monitoring my posts and the search engine placement has ex employees, ex wives and husbands, and tons of people sending me tips on that person, because i am so good at getting on top of search.

I gave voice to victims and the search placement happened by accident. After 5 years of it, i decided to offer it as a service, i have not got any jobs from it thus far, have not really tried heavily as I was employed as an investigative blogger by a big company out of new york to investigate connections
of people, which i am very good at deep online research and turning up tips.

And yes I have a "right" to register what I want, if you want that to NOT be a right you should have first bought the name years ago and secondly lobby the laws, so that the register cannot sell people's names to those who are not named that person. The registrar lets people register what they want, and perhaps those laws should change. However for me it is a tool to get in search and to uncover stories, post stories and make connections between things that person is or has ever been involved in.

As far as the domain name, It is not for sale at any price, for any reason. I currently don't own it and simply manage the name. You say in your email that your capable to registering the name?? why didn't you then? Be offended if you like, you offended me at our first call. Your an arrogant pompous

Flash Forward to March 7th 2012, this was the Day that Tonkon Torp Attorney David Aman, for the Plaintiff in attempting to execute on a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement Signed a Subpoena to Marc Randazza. On March 8th as my own Attorney, in my Pro Se Capacity I get an Email with a Copy of the Marc Randazza Deposition Subpoena.

After this, the Use of MarcRandazza.com took a Turn.

Anyway so then I thought to myself, what a Hypocrite, defending Rush Limbaugh and talking like this about his own knocked up wife. And there was her name so I took a look and there it was Domain Name Available, so I bought it and I bought the other one he is so upset about which I have never mentioned or publicized in ANY way, nor will I. It was bought to prove that Marc Randazza is not who he claims to be, OH in my OPINION.

As most of you know by now, I have bought the dot com of countless names of individuals over the years for various reasons. So why subpoena ONLY ONE of them in an asset probe? See what really happened is Marc Randazza was pissed, he wanted an easy way to steal the domain name instead of going through legal channels and filing a WIPO Complaint to go through a process of, if he really had a right to the Domain Name or Not.

So Marc Randazza seemed to have cut a deal with the Plaintiff, the very one he was going to represent me against. And so Marc Randazza was flying to Portland to give a Deposition regarding my assets. I was still pro see in the execution of a $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement and all of the sudden the center of the entire case was now surrounding one $10 Domain Name that I purchased AFTER the $2.5 Million Dollar Judgement was Entered.

So I emailed this to Marc Randazza, as I am Pro Se, he emailed right back and said I do not open attachments from this email. So I sent it again in the body of the email. As my own attorney I have a right to ask these question..

Marc Randazza offered to buy Marc Randazza.com long ago, though Kashmir Hill of Forbes has the story all wrong, and has not even seen the entire email communication between Blogger Crystal Cox and Marc Randazza nor does she know of the content of the Marc Randazza Crystal Cox phone call.

Anyway, Marc Randazza offered for the Domain Name, then he demanded, both I refused. Then Marc Randazza, to teach me a lesson, called the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to offer Testimony, a Deposition, to set me up for Extortion though I never Extorted Him. This because he was upset over me buying the Domain Name, which is certainly NOT illegal.

AFTER Marc Randazza Joined Forces with the "Bad Guys", the Plaintiff, and I, being my own attorney was given notice of Marc Randazza's Deposition to set me up, then I got upset and AFTER this, I bought several more dotcoms to prove a point, and noticing that Marc Randazza 's wife and daughter's dotcom was available, what better way to make the point of how bad he is at this "Domainer" thing, and how he is NOT the Internet Expert he Claims to Be.

See even after Marc Randazza threatened me for own his dot com and even though he defened Isaac Eiland-Hall in the buying, owning and using the domain name

Marc Randazza emailed me and told me I have no right to own a domain name that resembles his name. Talk about Double Standards. Was it extortion for the Glen Beck name to be purchased and used attacking Glen Back and accusing him of rape and murder? This Domain Name "implies"that a Young Girl is a "Minor" right? And it accuses a man of a Rape and Murder. This is Ok in the Eyes of Attorney Marc Randazza, but for some reason me Owning MarcRandazza.com is not, nor Owning JenniferRandazza.com and his childs name, which I bought AFTER he joined the plaintiff to PROVE and to prove Point, and I never Published that Information he did that. Popehat.com Kenneth White and Marc Randazza did that with her photo, as did Forbes Kashmir Hill. NOT ME.

Even after the threat to me for buying MarcRandazza.com, he still was to dumb to buy the dotcom of his own wife and child. I wanted to point out that he was a Fraud in his representation to Potential Clients, as I had interviewed Marc Randazza to possibly represent me, and he was so Disrespectful that I chose a better choice for me and for the Entire Blogger V. Journalist, Free Speech, First Amendment Rights Debate. I did not initiate connect with Marc Randazza, nor Him to me, we agreed to talk through the recommendation of another person, one of my Investigative Bloggers, whom was also on the call.

I never "Begged" Marc Randazza to be my Attorney, in FACT I never even asked. I simply took the call in order to feel out my options, and get more information on what I thought to be Experts in the First Amendment Bar. I had already been contacted by the Attorney I did choose and was weighing my options. And trying to learn all I could for best of for all who do what I do, so I could make the right decision on the next step for the Greater Good.

Marc Randazza, almost lost me the Attorney I wanted, because Marc Randazza told the Attorney that he represented me. This was after my Attorney had heard through others of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was representing me.

Those believing I begged him to be my Attorney are Flat Wrong, think about it, why would I do that when I already had what I deem to be the most respected First Amendment Expert. A Legal Scholar who treated me with respect and focused on the Merits of the Case and nothing petty what so ever. I chose a man who is Respectful of my Rights and Talks kind to me, treats me with dignity even if he disagrees he is respectful about it and presents a very Intelligent, Sensible reason why he may disagree.

And yes I took a call to see what Marc Randazza Had to say, to offer, and out of respect for my Investigative Blogger whom contacted him. And I took the call to explore my options, thing is we did not speak again and next thing I knew, he was telling others he represented me and I had already agreed to work with the Attorney I chose. I had to contact Marc Randazza to tell him he did not represent me and why, I will be posting that email in Full coming soon. No one sentence pulled out as Kash-Shmear Hill likes to do, instead of investigate the entire TRUTH and Real FACTS.

Keep in mind this Plaintiff that Marc Randazza decided to align with was the same Plaintiff he was negotiating with in December of 2011, on my behalf and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Conflicts of Interest, Talking Behind the Potential Clients Back, Giving Away my Strategy, and completely disrespecting me and violating my right.

So Marc Randazza offered to buy the Domain Name, then Marc Randazza emailed and said you made your point what do you want and now he is Roaring that I extorted HIM, that is simply not true and is a Smoke Screen to cover up what he actually did to me.

Now Cut to David Aman, the Original Accuser of Extortion, and the One whom gave Forbes the infamous, false light defamatory email AFTER he had already won his case against me. See the Media Frenzy saying I am Guilty Until Never Given the Chance to be Proven Innocent, well they all got their Story from David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for the Plaintiff. Yet David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney in his Frenzy to set me up for Extortion is still making me offers to Settle.

Yesterday, April 2nd 2012 David Aman, made and Offer to My Attorney to Settle. Why do this ? See David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney really wants to set me up for Extortion, he recently Deposed me and it was all about setting me up and previous income instead a real asset probe which would be about future income.

Last Week David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney threatened to file another Motion to Compel with Judge Hernandez to threaten and Harass me some more, this week an offer to Settle. It is all so convoluted.

A Trustee's Abuse of Power is unchecked by any government agency or oversight, time for that to change. You are NOW accountable to Citizen Journalists, Corruption Bloggers, and Whistle Blowers.

"87 year-old Polish-German Immigrant who came here on a student visa in the 1950’s.

He is a good American citizen – real estate agent, foreign language teacher and translator for our own court system. He also saved every penny he made except for his indulgence in books. Rare books – Polish, German, etc. He gathered thousands of them, traveled the world to collect them.

Then he met his attorney who set him up with a trust account. The bank trustee hired him a ‘care manager’ who hired him a doctor to call him incompetent then a guardianship hearing ensued. I don't need to tell you what happened to this poor soul other than to say the hired care manager became his guardian.

I was his caregiver, his best friend, his family and he was mine. I became collateral damage.
In short, as of June 2008 this man had a half a million dollars in cash. Along with his property, he was worth close to a million dollars. He had two wishes – to buy a new car and to die in the home he lived in for the past 46 years.

His bank trustee said no to the first wish for the simple fact that he can’t drive anymore. (In my opinion, when you have that kind of money, if a new car puts a spring in your step and makes you look forward to your Sunday drive, why not buy him one? Or just lease one for him and pretend it’s his?)

As of September 2009, they cleaned out his basement and his book collection was removed by a junkman. They also took his personal correspondence, his family photographs, etc. Devon Bank ransacked his home and stole his personal possessions.

He was hospitalized in November 2009 and told me that they’re “buying him a home” but he doesn’t want to move. He had over a half a million dollars two years ago. He also owns a four-unit apartment building with rental income that "should be" coming in from three of the units.

Will he get his dying wish to stay home?

He opened his trust account at Devon Bank. His attorney is Janna Dutton. This is my story as his caregiver. "

"I wrote the problem on a website for Seniors. The moderator responds with, ‘Call Adult Protective Services’ and I do.

Laurie Sherry comes out to talk to Ludwig and he doesn’t want to say anything in regard to the two lady friends ripping him off for fear of retribution and I’m love with the woman because all she says is, ‘Do you think what they’re doing to you is fair?’ Of course not and he says as much. She’s going to talk with them on his behalf.

I tell her that he needs to write a will, he needs to get his financial affairs together and I’m fed up with his money. It’s got to get away from us because he can’t manage it anymore and after seeing how nasty it makes people, I don’t want it anywhere near us. So, Laurie hands Ludwig a list of attorneys’ to call and tells him that he needs to write a will but he doesn't want to. He’s not ready to die yet.

She talks with his two lady friends and instead of stopping, they take him out for lunch at $80 a pop. And if you think they hated me before, these two ladies are furious with me. I’m not going to get into all their petty nonsense either. Like I said, I don’t take it personally. If Ludwig had another caregiver trying to protect him, these two ladies would attack that person too. It was the money they were after and whomever stood in their way to get their hands on it, got abused and slandered. It’s that simple.

So, I notify Laurie of the lunch dates, she puts an end to those then we lose touch for a few months and Ludwig is being taken advantage of by contractors. Now, Laurie is very insistent that he write a will and set up his financial affairs. I couldn’t agree more."

"In walk Sally and Rick from Devon Bank. Let me say now that everything they told me and Ludwig (before they had his money) was a lie - from start to finish.

The only thing they promised to do and kept was hire Josh Mitzen. I thought he was the owner of a caregiving agency (until Laurie Sherry from Elder Protective Services told me otherwise) because every time I mentioned to Sally that I needed a new one for his weekend care, she said that she was hiring Josh.

I found out later that he’s a court appointed guardian, who’s an attorney and worked for Elder Protective Services. You see where this is going, don’t you? Yes, they're hiring him for my position. Just setting Josh up in order to slander me, gain control of Ludwig's estate then divvy it up amongst their friends.

Sally told Ludwig that she wouldn’t do anything with his money without asking him. She said this so much that if the man were lying in a coma, he’d hear her. She won’t hire anyone without his approval, he can have anything he wants to buy, she won’t interfere - all he had to do was tell me to make the call and the money would be there. That was an ENORMOUS lie. Ludwig had a tenant in his building and her boyfriend moved in. He was on parole for attempted murder, was a skinhead, we were scared of him, the tenant had no lease and was behind in her rent. They said that they would evict them. They’d also leave Ludwig’s checking account alone at the bank by the house, etc., etc. Like I said, the lies were endless except for Josh Mitzen.

The second time they came over together, they stopped by with people who would manage Ludwig’s property and a contractor to remodel his empty apartment.

That was when Rick Block started bragging about Ludwig's money. He said, ‘I’ve got free reign over the old man’s half a million dollars!’ He was like a little kid in a candy store. After he said it, I said to myself, ‘I’ve got free reign over the Internet!’ He pulls any funny business and I’ve got no problem publishing it.

To be honest, I got scared of him because he has no business behaving that way. I mean, I spent years watching people get excited over Ludwig’s money and now I have a bank trustee doing it. So, I wouldn’t let them see my apartment because it wasn’t mine. It belonged to Ludwig's sister in Germany for her visits. They’d know it and kick me out faster.

Even though I couldn’t get my brain wrapped around the scam, every other part of my being was screaming that the whole thing stinks. I just couldn’t come to terms with the fact that I called Elder Protective Services (run by Catholic Charities) to protect a man from being financially exploited and they set him up to do exactly that by a bunch of professionals.

Rick and Sally were standing on the back porch saying that they owed the contractor a job and I was thinking that was payback time using my Seniors money. I asked Sally why she was hiring a realty company to manage the building and she said, ‘What am I going to if a pipe breaks at twelve o’clock at night?’ Well, a pipe didn’t break at midnight but something else happened. I assure you, Sally wasn’t disturbed by it nor was the realty company that she hired. You can’t get a hold of them.

This was when I started keeping notes of everything those two bank trustees did. My intuition told me that I wasn’t going to be around for very long because it was their intention to establish their reputation on the back of my Senior. My brain kept ignoring me though, not enough to stop me from writing it all down."

Many, including Judge Marco Hernandez, seem to really, actually believe that I Caused Damage to the Reputation of Obsidian Finance Group and that I wanted Paid for Damage to their Reputation that I caused. This is simply NOT True.

I offered PR Services, as I am Media, and I am very good at such. This, having no money, was the only thing I had to offer, to negotiate with AFTER I had Received a Cease and Desist, and After a Lawsuit for 10 Million Dollars had been filed against me.

I did not create the information, the information came to me and I gave links to the documents, videos, information, depositions, court filings, insider emails, court audios and more that were already online, as well as adding in my commentary and occasional rant on the topic.

Order Approving Kevin Padrick's Fees, though Judge Dunn said in the Court Audio he had not yet approved, when their was objections raised at the Conflict that Kevin Padrick, allegedly took proprietary information from his then clients Summit, and used this information against his clients after charging his clients a $100,000 to gather the information, seemingly under the false pretense of helping summit to form a plan of reorganization as the contract stated. WR Grace has the WORST Reputation of ANY Company Ever in Existence. There really is no recovery for Fred Festa's gig WR Grace. As WR Grace is in bed with the Devil, in my Opionion.

WR Grace cannot take away lives, leaving suffering and despair in their wake and then hire Greg Euston of McEachern Communications to make it all better. "So, what happened next, after an alleged secret meeting between then McHenry County Deputy, turned FBI Informant, Scott Milliman, and a couple Rockford based FBI agents turned sour?

According to Scott Milliman, at some point thereafter, a time frame I cannot quote with exactness, but at some point between this blowout in the Woodstock parking lot dated September 17, 2009, but before the 2010, McHenry County Sheriff's 'General Election,' Milliman claims he placed what would now be his second telephone call to the office of Chicago based, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald.

Milliman had disclosed that he had initiated one previous meeting with Mr. Fitzgerald which lead to his becoming an FBI informant to begin with. This I believe if my memory serves me correctly was sometime around 2006?

The now former deputy claims he got Mr. Fitzgerald's secretary on the line and he asked her if she remembered him. Milliman claims the secretary stated affirmatively that indeed she had.

Milliman then told me he told this secretary that he, Milliman, needed a second sit down meeting with Mr. Fitzgerald. I was told that Mr. Fitzgerald's secretary told Scott Milliman that she would speak with the U.S. Attorney and she would get back in touch with him.

I recall Scott Milliman telling me that he was surprised at how quickly the U.S. Attorney's secretary called him back telling him, "I spoke with Mr. Fitzgerald and he does remember you, and that he would be happy to meet with you again."

I do not recall how many days or what exact time frame passed since the day of this phone conversation and the day that the then "Still Active Duty, McHenry County Deputy Sheriff/FBI Informant Scott Milliman" actually allegedly went back to the Chicago offices of the U.S. Attorney. "
